- The MELVITA card has no expiry date. It is a lifetime membership.
- The MELVITA card is a member identification card. It is not a credit card, charge or discount card. It is not transferable and is for the exclusive use of the member and shall be under the care of the member at all times.
- Collection of MELVITA welcome pack, birthday gift and redemption rewards must be done at your Preferred Boutique*.
- In the event the Card is damaged / lost / stolen, the registered Member must report the case to Preferred Boutique*. A replacement fee of RM10 will be imposed.
- Reward points accumulated from damaged / lost / stolen Card will be transferred to the replacement Card.
- Change of Preferred Boutique* is allowed once every two years. Member must submit request & reason to Preferred Boutique*. Please allow 5 working days for processing. You will be notified once your new MELVITA Card is ready for collection.
- Earn 10 reward points for every RM1 spent on your purchase at MELVITA Boutiques in Malaysia. Reward points are awarded based on net value after deduction of discounts and vouchers.
- Member must present MELVITA Card to the cashier at the time of purchase to collect reward points. Failure to do so will result in no points awarded for the amount spent.
- Reward points will not be awarded for the following:
- Purchase of MELVITA Gift Certificate
- Corporate purchase
- Purchase made at Duty Free store
- “Birthday e-Voucher”, “Redemption e-Voucher” and Promotional Voucher
- Reward points are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
- Once reward points have been redeemed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Reward points earned must be redeemed at your Preferred Boutique* by 31st March every year. Balance of reward points cannot be carried forward.
“REDEMPTION E-VOUCHERS” & “BIRTHDAY E-VOUCHERS”
- All “e-Voucher” must be used at your Preferred Boutique* on the same transaction of the redemption.
- By using MELVITA Card, you agree that:
- you have read, understood and accepted the terms & conditions;
- you are eligible for Membership: and
- you consent to MELVITA processing data that is personal to you, and disclosing such data to third parties, in accordance with our privacy statement.
- Promotional materials will only be sent to Members who meet the minimum criteria as determined by MELVITA (under L’OCCITANE MALAYSIA SDN BHD.)
- Members are advised to notify your Preferred Boutique* of any change of mailing address or other personal particulars to avoid correspondence being sent to incorrect address, e-mailbox or mobile phone.
- The management of MELVITA (under L’OCCITANE MALAYSIA SDN BHD.) reserves the right to omit, add or amend the MELVITA VIP terms & conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended terms & conditions will override the existing MELVITA VIP terms & conditions.
* Preferred Boutique is a boutique which you registered as MELVITA Member.
